An Administrative Coordinator for the Sales managers provides support by being an event coordinator, contract and invoice processer, and more. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Central Ohio. Candidates must also be located and authorized to work within the United States. What you will be doing: Provide administrative and project support to assigned managers Coordinate regional meetings, conferences, and special events Provide financial and expense processing support for assigned region Provide on-board and off-board processing for employees in assigned region Supports the training manager in administrating content loads in McGraw Hill's learning management system (LMS) Proactively compile and analyze data from department leaders to develop monthly and ad hoc reports and serve as part of the administrative resources team Communicate effectively and efficiently with all internal and external customers and maintain confidentiality What you'll need to be successful: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience Seasoned professional with at least five years of experience providing administrative, project support, and event coordination Excellent business writing and grammar skills Ability to manage multiple projects with short turnaround times and capable of shifting priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook Willingness to work a flexible schedule Willingness to work in a team environment Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. The pay range for this position is between$54,550 - $55,000annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
