Job Overview The Lindner Center of HOPE is recruiting a full time Residential Therapist that will conduct psychosocial assessments and provide individual, group and/or family therapy. They will also work with Lindner Center of HOPE psychologists, care coordinators, advanced practice nurses, and psychiatrists to meet the needs of patients and their families in Residential Services. Final rank of faculty appointment is commensurate with experience. Lindner Center of HOPE is a nationally renowned psychiatric center of excellence located in Mason, Ohio, committed to providing state of the art care to patients at all levels of care. LCOH is part of the University of Cincinnati Health network, and also has affiliations with Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the Mayo Clinic. Come enjoy a collegial atmosphere practicing on the cutting edge of mental health care. Essential Functions Perform psychosocial assessments for patients and/or families. Formulate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with Lindner Center of HOPE care coordinators, psychologists, psychiatrists and other treatment team members. Champions the patient experience; the sum of all interactions that influence a patient's perception of our continuum of care and ultimately their well-being. Serves as the primary point of contact and clinical liaison for all treatment team members, families, patients, referrers, and external stakeholders. Interprets and integrates all information gathered and communicates treatment goals effectively to all involved. Collaborates with marketing to develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders to maximize these relationships and act as a Lindner Center of HOPE brand ambassador. Perform all required documentation accurately and within expected time. Documentation is concise, pertinent and meets professional and department documentation standards. Oral reporting is clear, concise, relevant, and timely. Liaison with community agencies; participate in area act
