Our client in the food and beverage industry is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will be part of the accounting department supporting the company's inventory and costing system. The ideal candidate will have critical thinking, problem-solving, financial analysis, and research skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities that align successfully with the organization.

$95k - $100k salary (45.60-48.07/hr.)
What's the Job?
Support the Controller in the company inventory and costing, including manufacturing operations, equipment utilization, and inventory valuations.
Provide senior management with analysis to determine effects on costs with respect to existing and the development of new products.
Analyze and identify existing trends based on how our Company currently operates.
Model new trends based on current and future Company strategic initiatives.
Develop cost standards for materials and labor.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (cost accounting preferred) or finance.
At least five years of experience in directing activities related to product costing, product manufacturing analysis, and inventory valuation.
Advanced knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
In-depth knowledge of financial guidelines and regulations.
Intermediate to Advanced experience with business technology, including accounting software, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
