Our 176-bed acute care facility is fully accredited and included a 16-bed residential treatment center for adult chemical dependency.We offer a broad range of behavioral health programs for children, adolescents and adults. Treatment is offered at multiple levels of care including inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient.We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you and answer your questions about treatment options and insurance coverage. Patient Access Representative full-time to work the 7p-7a shifts rotating weekends
to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Patient Access Representative will be responsible for assisting in the process of receiving, scheduling and/or referring inquiry calls; assists the Counselors, Coordinators and Director with coordinating assessments, initiating Intake paperwork and insurance information; working with Admissions Clerk/Receptionist to ensure smooth transition into the admission process.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Coordinates and processes patient assessment. Handles Inquiry calls immediately.Assures that all required information is placed on the intake form. Facilitate referrals to outpatient services. Requirements:Education Required: High School diploma or GED.Licensure and certification Required: CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications.Experience Required: Two years of related experience.
