Location: DDC- Skilled Nursing Facility and the LTAC Unit Department: SNF PT-OT-Speech Hours: PRN Shift: First, Must work 3 eight hour shifts every 2 months. 1 Holiday a year; Weekend and Weekday availability Physical Therapist (PT), PRN, First Shift, Outpatient Therapy UC Health is hiring a first shift PRN Physical Therapist (PT) for the SNF PT-OT-Speech department's first shift at Daniel Drake Center. The major focus will be on evaluating, planning, and implement Physical Therapy treatment programs for referred patients in order to restore function, prevent disability, reduce pain, and return to his/her maximum function. Follow hospital department approved policies related to documentation, attendance, education, etc. Show respect and courtesy to all staff, patients, and visitors. Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum Required:
Degree in Physical Therapy from approved APTA School.License to practice Physical Therapy or licensure eligible in the applicable state.Recently certified, licensed or graduates within past 12 months.
