Summary:

The

Senior Treasury Analyst

will prepare and analyze Worldwide cash forecasts, working closely with internal and external departments to gather data, formulate assumption, evaluate trends and identity opportunities to repatriate cash. Collaborate with other areas in financial modeling initiatives (indirect cash flows, share repurchases, debt, cash, interest, etc.). Execute additional financial analysis as needed. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements. Prepare quarterly debt covenant calculations and related compliance reporting. Provide support for daily share repurchase management. Assist in special projects and initiatives as they arise.

Responsibilities:Prepare and produce a rolling Treasury cash forecast and reporting package for Global operations (updated monthly) with emphasis on evaluating worldwide trends, cash and debt balances, interest expense and cash repatriation/dividend strategies.Coordinate and solicit information from internal and external sources (Planning, AP, AR, Tax, Ex-US locations, etc.) to update projections and actuals.Conduct variance analysis reporting on projected vs. actual activity as well as year over year comparisons.Develop and maintain financial models to analyze working capital strategies and initiatives (cash, debt, share repurchases, etc.).Assist in similar ad hoc reporting requirements as they arise.Provide support in monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Reporting requirements (IFRS, GAAP, SEC, Audit, etc.), including preparation of board slides as needed.Assist in various flux analysis (cash, debt, interest, etc.).Prepare accrual entries for accounting.Assist in share repurchase program management.Supervise tracking and reporting of transactional share repurchase activity, including outstanding share roll forward.Coordinate quarterly dividend to shareholders and applicable reporting requirements.Prepare quarterly debt covenant calculation and related compliance reporting.Prepare monthly reporting package shared with Tax including inter-company aging, dividend forecast, etc.Coordinate quarterly meeting to discuss data and develop cash repatriation strategies.Provide back-up support for Treasury Operations including daily cash positioning process, review and release of funds transfers, FX contract settlement assignment and review.Provide documentation for external audits requests.Assist in special projects and initiatives as they arise.Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting required.Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, 3 years must be specific to Treasury with emphasis on cash forecasting, financial modeling, data analysis and reporting.Previous experience with share buyback programs and related modeling, analysis and reporting preferred.An accounting background with a strong understanding of financial statements, is preferred.Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills coupled with excellent Excel skills are required (including pivot tables, vlookup and advanced formulas).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently but also participate in team projects.Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
