Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.Residency training program in internal medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).Fellowship training in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism.License & Certifications

Board certification in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).Active and unrestricted medical license in North Carolina .Experience
