POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for providing administrative and customer service support within RPS division.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for entering transactions and processing in multiple software applications.Balances and reconciles multiple systems.Provides internal and external customer service and communications.Creates and maintains various written correspondence.Responsible for daily activity of incoming/outgoing mail and filing.Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
One (1) - two (2) years of related experience preferred.Previous accounting experience preferred.Strong interpersonal skills to work in team environment.Good organizational skills.Computer skills; prior experience with spreadsheets and applications.Customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to meet deadlines.
EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk; use hands and fingers to operate keyboard and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop or kneel. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
EQUIPMENT MS Office PC, fax, phone and standard office equipment.
