Job Overview:
Assistwith administration of theday-to-dayoperations of the apartment leasing business.Associate would handle resident support functions as well as apartment rentals, data entry and office organization/record keeping.
Your Responsibilities:
Greet all renters and visitors coming to the Leasing office
Answer all calls and log both incoming and outgoing calls in Connect.
Assistall walk-in customers and defer to Property Manager when necessary.
Maintain office supplies – prepare order tosubmitto Community Manager for review and approval.
Maintain Association filing –renter filing, correspondence, work orders, accounting documentation etc.
Mailings, postings, or mass communication emails, as directed by Property Manager.
Open and scan and address all incoming mail.
Meet with Property Manager weekly to ensure completion of open action items.
Assistwith preparation of any leasing documents as directed by Property Manager
Update new renter information in Connect
Log work requests in Connect and generate work orders for maintenancestaff and/or contractors
Tour prospective residents through community and apartment homes
Update work order log with notes and action taken by vendors.
lose open work orders in system when complete by vendor. Work order is not considered complete unless the vendor has signed original work order and returned to office.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years business experience in an administrative/leasing capacity or related experience
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent word processing and computer skillsrequired.

Compensation:
$25.00 - $28.00/hour
