Where You'll Work - Industrial Division (IND)
The Industrial Division develops in-plant solutions for liquid finishing applications, as well as sealant and adhesive dispense. Manufacturers and integrators in all industries - automotive, electronics, e:mobility, fleet and transport, general industrial, packaging, wood, and more- benefit from Industrial division equipment, systems and technology.
The future of IND is bright, with significant investments being made across the business; the division is expanding to accommodate increased demand and growth driven by investment in new products and innovative ideas.

Job Purpose
Perform manufacturing processes to produce Graco spray guns and fluid handling equipment.
Essential Duties
Set up, assemble, repair, test and package sub-assemblies and finished products.
Maintain required work quality and output.
Perform work in accordance with established QMS/ISO requirements.
Operate test equipment to ensure product meets all required test specifications.
Maintain and report inventory accuracy.
Understand and follow established Graco safety requirements.
May be required to train or direct work of co-workers.
Maintain housekeeping and organization of the department and work area.
May be required to perform minor maintenance of equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned, including shipping/receiving functions, material handler etc.
Position Requirements
High school degree or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing and/or assembly experience.
Computer operation skills at an intermediate level.
Must have a good understanding of blue prints, and ability to read and follow operation layout instructions.
Ability to set up and perform operations where quality, tolerances, and operation sequence are of critical importance.
Successful completion of established applicant tests.
Ability to stand/walk/sit, for up to eight hours. Reasonable accommodations considered for physical requirements of position.
Required to occasionally stoop, bend, lift and load up to 40 pounds.
Frequent, repetitive elbow movements.
Reaching, grasping, gripping and fine manipulation with hands is required.
