Sigma Healthcare Teamis looking for experienced Physical Therapist to work for our contracted facility.
Shift Information:
8-10 hour day shifts, every 3rd weekend. No call required.
Summary:
The Physical Therapist initiates physical therapy program and instructs other personnel and/or family/caregiver members in certain phases of physical therapy with which they may work with a patient, as well as instructing them as to the goals of the physical therapy program for the patient by participating in case conferences.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities.Restore, maintain, and promote not only optimal physical function, but also optimal wellness and fitness, and optimal quality of life as it relates to movement and health.Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities that may result from diseases, disorders, conditions, or injuries.Receives direction from: Inpatient Therapy Manager; Therapy Director.The Physical Therapist, as an employed provider, is expected to comply with all Service Standards and Policies and Procedures of the Great Falls Hospital and Clinic. This is inclusive of all Customer Service Standards, Dress Code, and Physical and Mental requirements outlined and approved for this position.Requirements:
BLS/BCLS certificationsGraduate of an accredited PT school
