Provide individual and family counseling utilizing a variety of modalities in addressing a diverse population, including complex trauma, social determinants of health, underrepresented populations and social challenges.Collaboration with internal and external providers to enhancecare.Provide crisis assessments, risk management, and safety planning.Degrees/Certifications/Licenses/Education
Master's degree in social work , counseling or related discipline RequiredLCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT PreferredBilingual; English, Spanish, Portuguese Strongly encouraged to apply
