Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner-Surgical Care

MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Biddeford Surgical Care is seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join their growing care team of 4 General Surgeons and 4 APP's in a rewarding, collaborative team environment. This is a full-time outpatient position, M-F with room for flexibility. Patient care includes pre and post-operative care, diagnostic imaging ordering and interpretation and in-office procedures. No weekends, call or inpatient responsibilities are required.Desired Qualifications & ExperienceSuccessful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program; 3-5 years of experience in inpatient and/or ambulatory surgical setting is preferred; Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure; BLS certification is required.MaineHealth is a not-for-profit integrated health system whose vision is, "Working together so our communities are the healthiest in America."
