Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington is looking for an Energetic Person to drive our Service Lane!
We are looking for someone who has experience as a Service Advisor or Manager. You would be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the service advisors, technicians, and drivers.
This position will oversee and direct the Service Writers in their performance of daily customer and group handling. The Service Drive Manager will assist the Service Writers in the resolution of customer concerns and is responsible for holding the Service Writers and technicians accountable for their actions.
Description
Assisting all dealership personnel in resolving any potential concern with customer service, vehicle service, or repairs as necessaryWill know, understand, use, and teach all the manufacturers' and in-house warranties, policies, and procedures to insure prompt handling of all repair orders, warranty claims, sublet invoices, and inspects Service Writers desks weekly for any materialsEnsure all invoices and route sheets are completed properly and accuratelyEnsure that all purchase orders are charged to the correct repair order on the correct repair line and documented properlyWill oversee Service cashiers in their customer service and cashiering responsibilitiesMaintains a high level of cleanliness in the shop, service drive and overall facility by enforcing cleanup policies with technicians and Service Writers
