Overview
The California offices of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated® firm designated one of the "Best Companies to Work For" among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Part-Time/Hourly Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.
KD's Labor and Employment practice includes employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage, and hour defense, as well as traditional labor law matters.

Qualifications
3+ years of litigation experience defending federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions.Experience handling investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC and other state and local human rights agencies.Experience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board regarding matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrations.Experience handling employment litigation in federal and state court.JD from an ABA accredited law school.Admitted to practice in California.
The hourly range for this position is $100 - $125 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
