South Bend Orthopedics is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Elkhart office. Previous outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine backgrounds preferred.

This position will be responsible for providing patient care including assessing, interpreting, planning, and implementing special physical therapy treatments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assess patient condition, establish goals, treatments and care plan in conjunction with patientEnsure appropriate treatment is performed in interdisciplinary fashionDocument findings, treatments, and other patient information for medical recordEducate patient on appropriate care and use of various therapies/exercisesComply with appropriate clinic policiesServe as information/education resource for patients, families, and staff.Other duties as assignedRequirements:
