Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking an Optometrist to fill an opening with a dynamic and patient-centric private practice located in Monroe, New York.Responsibilities of the Optometrist:Conduct comprehensive eye exams using advanced diagnostic equipmentDiagnose and treat visual conditions and diseases, prescribing necessary corrective lenses or medicationsProvide expert advice on proper eye care practices, lens options, and treatment plansCollaborate closely with the on-site team to ensure seamless patient care and satisfactionMaintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standardsStay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in optometryRequirementsMust have a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institutionMust have a valid state optometry license in New YorkExperience in a similar role is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to applyMust have strong clinical and diagnostic skillsMust have excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesMust commit to delivering exceptional patient careBenefitsThe salary for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 / yrThis is a Full-time positionComprehensive health benefits package.Retirement savings plan.Continuing education opportunities.Paid time off and holidays.Supportive work environment with a dedicated on-site tech.
