Contract Analyst
The Contract Analyst is the key link between the Driveway Care Center and the Driveway customer for all paperwork processing. This is a senior customer service & administrative service position that focuses on creating a timely and seamless experience for our Driveway customers. This is achieved through communication of entire process with customer, validating completeness of supporting documentation, preparing all deal related paperwork, and coordinating DMV paperwork. This position will be the primary point of contact for our Driveway customers as it relates to the deal and DMV paperwork and process. This position is also responsible for coordinating vehicle availability with the selling dealership as well as handing off fully executed Driveway deals to the respective Dealership Accounting team.
The Contract Analyst reports to the Area Controller where supporting a region of stores and the Business Office Manager in a stand-alone Business Office.
ResponsibilitiesClearly communicates paperwork and DMV process to customer, including any follow up questionsCreate and complete all deal related paperwork (including DMV) in DMS, bank approval systems and protection product systems (where applicable)Transact paperwork with customers using digital tools where possible, including trade paperwork as possibleProcess all paperwork and ensures it meets the needs of the Business Office (including proof of delivery), state specific DMV and lender requirements. Expedites processing of DMV transaction with the Driveway DMV CoordinatorScan / send all deal documentation to the Deal Posting team in the Regional Business Office or Dealership Accountant in a stand-alone business officeWork with Business Office to track deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding.Skills and Qualifications
