Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the finance department's critical functions. This role will initially be on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial acumen, a knack for data analysis, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data, develop forecasts, and prepare budgets
Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis to provide insights for executive decision-making
Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and assist in the development of financial strategies
Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support business growth
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders
Assist in month-end and year-end close activities
Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
4+ years of experience
Exceptional Excel skills; experience with financial software
Detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset
