This position is responsible for providing dental care and improving oral health for patients; ensures continued viability and success in accessing and treating; providing a positive experience in addressing their oral care needs. Providers are eligible to apply for the student loan repayment program.
Arrow Dental primarily serves Medicaid patients. This is to help the community with the large population of Medicaid members that became Medicaid eligible due to the Affordable Care Act.
Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Pay Range : $166,441.60 to $208,052.00 annually, depending on experience. Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.
Primary Functions:
Provide comprehensive dental services to patientsPrioritize the patient's needs and treatment planning while educating the patientPerform duties and responsibilities managing a dental office to include, not only treating the patient, but maintaining patient records, personnel and practice management, and dental equipment maintenanceShare in after hours on-call responsibilitiesPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Skills:
Licensed Dentist within the State of Oregon.Nitrous endorsementStrong patient management skillsDemonstrated management and leadership skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsComputer proficiency with dental practice management softwareMust have strong decision-making skillsAbility to work with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced clinic environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business imageGeneral Practice Residency or equivalent experience working with complex patient care a plusParticipate effectively as a team player
