Job Description:Are you an alliance and partner leader that makes a difference with technology for Public Sector? Do you like helping customers and partners solve the most complex government mission, defense, and intelligence problems? As a GDIT Alliance Partner Director, you will manage key technology partner relationships and lead joint GDIT Partner growth strategies, working with strategic accounts, marketing, and solutions teams. You will own a portfolio of high-visibility partners based on todays most sought-after technologies in Generative AI, Cloud, Quantum, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.This position provides an excellent opportunity for a savvy leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with high visibility, ownership, and impact. You must be knowledgeable across an array of solution partners (e.g. AWS, Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow, and GitLab) and have a proven track record building and executing partnership programs in; co-selling; implementing solutions, field engagement, and joint go-to-market to drive growth.Primary Responsibilities:Manage technical, sales, and executive relationships with Solution Partner (e.g. AWS, Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow, and GitLab)Lead development and oversee execution of Solution Partner growth strategies that include co-selling, co-marketing, and co-solutioningWork within a multi-disciplinary team to build, communicate, and implement new joint partner programs that accelerate customers adoption and provide a clear differentiation for GDITOversee enterprise pipeline of Partner-specific opportunities in collaboration with Division growth leadershipProvide leadership for the Solution Partner integration across the business development lifecycle - from early customer engagement and shaping, to solution qualification and pricing, proposal and pilot, to project deliveryHelp support Divisions in coordinating Division-specific or Enterprise-wide growth efforts as well as issue/request escalationsFacilitate development of workforce enablement campaigns to build awareness, competency, and drive growth with Solution PartnersCollaborate and drive enablement programs that leverage partner-specific resources for GDIT useMaintain regular communications with Solution Partner sales and technical representativesBuild and maintain metrics and reporting on Solution Partner performance and activities to senior executivesCoordinate and provide logistical support for GDIT/Partner meetings and eventsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Master's candidate preferred10+ years of experience or

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
