The territory for this position will be the following states: TX, LA, MS, TN, KY, AR, AL, NE, KS, OK, IL, MO, MN, WI, IA, IN. This job is based in Houston, Texas, however, remote work in other locations in the territory, ideally near a major metropolitan airport, will be considered.
The targeted cash compensation package (Base, Commissions and Bonus) for this position is $150,000 to $300,000. There is potential to exceed this amount based on experience and performance in the role. In addition to a generous 401k program, Arthrex contributes to a non-qualified retirement plan funded entirely by Arthrex on your behalf after one year of employment.

Arthrex is actively searching for a Regional Manager, Spine-Central Region to manage and lead sales activities with regards to our emerging Spine product lines. The successful candidate will build relationships with key customers, Arthrex's agency network and internal departments to help drive Spine Sales. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills along with five plus years or more of Spine sales experience and a bachelor's degree are essential for this position. Main Objective:
The Regional Sales Manager, Spine-Central will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Spine product sales performance, training, and other activities with the sales force, surgeons, and accounts within his/her respective region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement sales strategy for agency Spine business. Follow up with agencies frequently to ensure strategy is being executed. When needed identify weaknesses and offer evidence-based solutions.Ensure agencies are properly structured to maximize growth and competency of product line. This generally includes assisting with recruitment of experienced Spine managers and deploying Arthrex training programs.Assist in organizing and leading agency Spine training - both surgeon and rep.Launch Spine new products within region.Present Spine products as well as bundled strategy at high level meetings.Govern Imaging and Resection product pricing structure and qualifying discounts as they relate to product bundling.Assisting representatives with trialing and closing activities at key accounts and reporting back to agencies on representative sales readiness as it relates to Imaging and Resection.Creatively building custom solutions to maximize opportunity and business impact.Communicating agency focus and structure as it relates to Spine to North American Director of Sales - Arthroplasty and Spine, Regional Director, Senior Director of Sales East/West, and VP Sales.Communicating product performance to product management and North American Director of Sales while recommending product line enhancements.Collecting key competitive information and ensuring that knowledge drives both sales effectiveness and product development direction.Coaching, teaching, and when necessary, directing agency personnel via conference calls, virtual meetings, and in person visits on products/sales strategy/competitive info.Travel up to 75% of the time.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.5 years sales experience with Spine products required (endoscopic approaches preferred)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Willing to work with cadaver specimens.Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy.Skilled in working with different functions and eff ctively coordinates their activities to achieve desired results.Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns or objections, in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong relationship building skills desired.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Microsoft Office, PC and various and specialized software. Cognos, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce experience a plus.
