Chenega Analytic Business Solutions (CABS) provides federal agencies and commercial customers with trusted insights into Records and Information Management, Administrative Solutions, Information Technology, Engineering, and Training. Formed in 2017 to serve federal and commercial customers, CABS is 8(a) certified and has grown quickly into a leader in the federal IT and Training environment.
The Administrative Assistant will perform clerical duties in support of the project for the executive leadership team of the command.
Responsibilities
Provide secretarial support, including drafting correspondence, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic files.
Prepare briefings, weekly/monthly and quarterly reports, program abstracts, and summaries as needed.
Process travel orders following Federal Travel Regulations (FTR).
Coordinate arrangements for meetings, conferences, and other group activities.
Prepare office and equipment supply orders and route accordingly.
Maintain and perform scheduled inventory of supplies and equipment.
Perform project tracking and reporting for day-to-day activities.
Maintain multiple executive calendars.
Appropriately route telephone calls to the team and management, as required.
Complete annual company and customer-required training, as required.
Complete timesheets daily in an online system according to company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Associate degree is preferred.
3+ years of office administrative experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Secret clearance is required to start.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of military terminology desired.
Ability to interact with executives, staff, and visitors with a high degree of professionalism.
Possess excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently, balancing priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal English language.
Possess strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to self-start and work independently or as a team.
Ability to travel locally up to 10%.
