Corporate Counsel (Entry-Level)

•Provide comprehensive legal counsel and guidance on corporate law matters, including contracts, compliance, governance, and litigation;•Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risks and align with organizational objectives;•Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting company operations and implement compliance programs and policies;•Manage and oversee litigation and disputes, collaborating with external counsel to resolve matters efficiently;•Advise on employment law matters, including employee relations, policies, and disputes;•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and effectively achieve business objectives;•Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to promote legal compliance across the organization;•Respond to legal inquiries and provide professional advice to various departments within the organization; and •Maintain accurate legal documentation and records while continuously seeking opportunities to optimize legal processes and practices.
