Summary:
As the ABA Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading a team of behavior technicians, registered behavior technicians (RBTs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure the effective implementation of ABA interventions and high-quality services for our clients. You will provide clinical guidance and supervision, conduct assessments, develop and maintain treatment plans for a small caseload. The Clinical Supervisor will collaborate and effectively communicate with families, team members, leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal client progress and program growth.

Duties and responsibilities:
Clinical Supervision: Provide direct clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs. Offer ongoing feedback, mentorship, and support to enhance their professional growth and ensure consistent adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles and evidence-based practices for a caseload of 3-5 clients. Collaborate with the clinical team and families to establish meaningful goals and intervention strategies.
Program Oversight: Monitor the implementation of ABA programs and interventions to ensure fidelity and effectiveness. Regularly review and analyze data using the EHR system.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Coordinate with BCBAs, behavior technicians, executive leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination of services, and a cohesive approach to client care in line with the company’s ethos.
Family Collaboration: Establish and maintain positive relationships with families. Offer guidance and support to address their concerns and questions.
Staff Training: Develop and deliver training programs for behavior technicians, RBTs, BCBA supervisees and other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in ABA methodologies, intervention strategies, and ethical practices. Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field and ensure staff members are up-to-date as well.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data collected during assessments and intervention sessions to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the program and client services. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate findings to families, team members, and relevant stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews to monitor program implementation and identify areas for improvement or in need of support.
Effectively manage competing demands within the area of responsibility.
Build collaborative and supportive working relationships with the TA community.
Promote the aims and values of the Therapeutic Alliance and reinforce pro social modeling skills by reinforcing pro social behavior and attitudes and challenging anti-social behavior and attitudes.
Support the innovation, development and implementation of quality improvement plans in line with the company goals.
Adhere to all policies in respect of the sensitive/confidential nature of the information handled whilst working in this position.

Additional Requirements:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the field of ABA, including direct experience in supervisory roles.
Extensive knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and evidence-based interventions.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, families, and other professionals.
Proficient in data analysis and data-based decision-making.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines related to ABA services.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR.
Education and experience:
Master’s degree required.
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with an active BACB license.
Must be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of VA with an active LBA number.
Three years of supervising experience.
Location and working hours :
Location: Hybrid with travel required
General Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm with emergency support outside of these hours as needed.
