SUMMARY
An experienced Senior Magisterial District Judge Clerk possesses excellence in skills and the ability to complete the daily functions of the court as described below. The Senior Clerk should have the ability to accurately and efficiently enter required information into the Magisterial District Judge Computer System (MDJS) from the time of the case filing to the case completion; process required case papers in accordance with court rules and the Magisterial District Judge System Manual; post payments through the computer; issue receipts; prepare and balance daily deposits; and communicate with the public. The Senior Clerk will manage the office and oversee the generation of daily, weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner; perform miscellaneous office functions; and adhere to all procedures and standards of conduct. The Senior Clerk will train new employees and cross-train all staff in daily functions accordingly.

Case flings.Maintain case progression.Receipt of payments;Adjustin entries.Disbursements of funds.Reports and verification.Miscellaneous office functions.Communication with the public.Adherence to Procedures and Standards of Conduct.Secretarial, training, and fill-In for office staff.
