This facility needs coverage July 1st through September 27thM-F 8-5:30pNo callThe minimum length of assignment: The facility will only look at candidates that can work 3-4 weeks per month for the entire duration of their needThis facility is needing coverage due to the facility losing two full-time providers and their replacements can not start until late SeptemberCase Load: 20-30 per dayTypes of Cases: General Radiology, Surgical patients, and Oncologic patientsReads: abdominal and thoracic imaging, diagnostic ultrasound, basic plain filmProcedures: basic fluoroscopic procedures (e.g., UGIs, fluoroscopic guided hip and shoulder injections) and US procedures (e.g., paracentesis and thoracentesis)Support Staff: Film room/image management, Admin assistants per departmentEMR: Cerner60 days to privilege (Need July start)Candidates must have an active Washington license unless they have an active IMLC fileIMLC candidates must have LOQ in hand$530 per hour with an 8 hour guarantee M-F
