Plastic Surgery & Reconstruction opening in Phoenix, AZ
Immediate opening for a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon.
This position will assist in developing the clinical service line, providing inpatient and outpatient general plastic and reconstructive surgery services in the elective and emergent care settings, sharing call coverage, and teaching residents. The candidate should be comfortable with a team approach for patient management. The candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in collaborative research activities and most importantly developing and growing plastic surgery services.
The successful candidate must have completed Plastic Surgery residency training, and be board certified or eligible.Previous faculty experience in an academic environment is preferred.The candidate should be comfortable managing the full range of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery patients.Experience with Maxillofacial Trauma and Microvascular surgery are a plus, but not an absolute requirement.Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
250-bed academic community hospital. Not-for-profit faculty practice plan owned and operated by physicians consisting of more than 400 providers who represent all the major medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties.
