Position Overview

Autodesk DXC Agility Coaches partner with engineering, product, experience design, machine learning, analytics, and other functional managers to help our delivery teams meet internal standards and continuously improve sprint after sprint. Our delivery teams create products and customer experiences across four major domains: Customer, Marketing, Buying, and Horizontal.

As an Agile Program Manager Intern, you will support and learn from our teams to lead across various functions, including engineering, product, design, machine learning, and analytics, with day-to-day backlog refinement and scrum activities.

You’ll gain experience with the agile method and partner cross functionally to apply agile and scrum fundamentals in the real world. Throughout your internship, you will be mentored by experienced agility coaches, managers, and team leaders, while experiencing the full breadth of the software delivery process.

Responsibilities

Assist Product Managersin Leading Backlog refinement sessions

Assist Engineering managers to lead sprint planning sessions and scrum teams in performing the daily standup and removing blockers

Track sprint performance metrics and lead team retrospectives tohelp the team set improvement goals

Learn andmaintainJira, Confluence wiki, Microsoft SharePoint, andProductBoard

Minimum Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2027 or later focusing on Computer Science, Product Management, User Experience Design, or a related field

Prior experiences showcasing ability to collaborate with cross functional partners highlighting strong listening, observation, and systems thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience with Jira, Confluence wiki, Microsoft SharePoint, andProductBoard with API-level integration

About the US Intern Program

The 2025 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 19 – August 8 or June 16 – September 5). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. Salary Transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience, educational level, and geographic location, and can exceed this range.

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized intern base salary to be between:

$47,840 and $95,680 (undergraduate students)

$72,800 and $118,500 (Masters/MBA students)

$118,560 and $162,240 (PhD students)
