THIS POSITION REQUIRES ROTATING WEEKENDS*Join an administrative team that supports Cooper's large Department of Hospital Medicine.The position primary provides administrative and clerical support. Strong computer (Microsoft Office) & communications skills are a must.Basic analytical support plus database creation and maintenance will be required.Extreme attention to detail & multi-tasking necessary.Proficiency/Experience with hospital systems preferred.Experience Required
Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience.Education Requirements
High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.Special Requirements
Communication - Ability to communicate with patients, clinical leaders and coworkersComputer Skills - Ability to create & maintain spreadsheets; navigate a variety of hospital platformsAttention to Detail - Ability to keep detailed electronic records while multi-taskingTime management - Ability to keep and maintain electronic files ensuring department deadlines are met.rotating weekends*Apply
