The Director of Revenue Cycle Optimization partners across the Cooper enterprise to implement and achieve revenue cycle goals for Cooper University Healthcare Cape Regional.Partners across Cooper enterprise to implement and achieve revenue cycle goals for Cooper University Health Care Cape Regional. Ensures seamless adoption of Epic system throughout the health system. Assesses current performance and determines solutions across revenue cycle departments within CUHCCR to achieve best practice metrics.Evaluates opportunities to achieve economies of scale and take advantage of synergies across the Cooper enterprise. Collaborates with Cooper Cape Regional leadership and Cooper Camden leadership to achieve goals in a matrixed environment. Provides strategic and tactical guidance to implement processes, procedures, and operating models across revenue cycle areas.Responsible for the day-to-day coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of revenue cycle functions within CUHC Cape Regional, ensuring consistency with Cooper strategy, commitments, and goals.Ensures implementation and successful execution of optimization of Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and other automation efforts across all Cooper enterprises.Works collaboratively among corporate revenue cycle leadership team to optimize processes across the continuum of Cooper revenue cycle areas.Onsite required a minimum of 3 days per week. Provides leadership and supervision to staff as required.Experience Required
6-10 years of experience required.Education Requirements
