Job Title: Assembler

1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM M-F

$19/hour

Job Description

The assembler in this role will follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete assemblies of various wire harness and cable assemblies. These assemblies are primarily for the IT industry, including large server rooms, but are also used in aerospace, automotive, agricultural, and many other industries. The nature of the assemblies varies daily based on incoming orders. Tasks range from simple wire cutting, crimping, and bagging, to more complex operations such as adding connectors and assembling server boxes with different harnesses and components. The individual in this role will initially start with less complex assemblies, involving crimping, splicing, soldering wire to wire, and heat shrinking protective coatings over wires, all while following simple SOPs and instructions. They will document their work in a traveler that follows each job through the entire process.
