The Finance and Treasury IT team provides strategic solutions and support for the various applications and platforms supporting Finance and Treasury functions. The team is responsible for:
Solution architecting
Development and support
Technical documentation
Liaising with Technology and Program Management teams on program deliverables
Unit Testing and UAT support
Production Release deployment
The Treasury Technical Director will oversee the technical aspects of our treasury management systems, ensuring they are effectively integrated, maintained, and optimized to meet the needs of our treasury functions. This role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of treasury operations, providing leadership and guidance on system implementations, upgrades, and support.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Treasury leaders to shape and advise technology solutions and capabilities aligned with strategic objectives
Partner with business leaders to advise and shape Target Operating Model for Treasury
Facilitate and review technical functional requirements, partnering with Finance and Business Analysists
Ensure treasury systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
Communicate with leadership for Program risks/issues/dependencies
Production release preparation and management for Treasury related deployments
Manage and mentor technical resources both FTE and third-party resources
Required Qualifications
Subject Matter Expertise in Treasury specific technical solutions
10+ years with IT Financial systems (ERP, data warehouses, reporting)
Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury, GTreasury) and integration with ERP systems
3+ years experience leading Treasury transformative projects from ideation to deployment
Facilitated/Led deployment of large scale TMS solution(s)
Understanding / experience of Treasury Control function
Organized self-starter
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and experience working with medium to large banking firms
Functional knowledge of SAP, SQL Server, Data Bricks, PowerBI, banking industry specific applications
Third-party vendor relationship and contract management
Budget responsibility (licenses, resource allocation)
The expected base salary ranges from $190k-$260k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
