Activities
Enforce Information Systems Cybersecurity requirements.Submit exemption requests to the B-ICSO.Maintain and update inventories for the IIS and forward them to the B-ICSO.Process interface flow modification requests for IIS.Alert superiors and the B-ECSO/B-ICSO in the event of cybersecurity incidents or potential risks.Lead and coordinate with the Company CERT and GRP Branch cybersecurity team during emergency response activities.Participate in the Cybersecurity internal control program with central teams.Monitor and implement action plans following audits.Coordinate with other REN LiCSOs to ensure coherence of cybersecurity processes and practices.Drive change management to maintain industrial cybersecurity.

Job Description:
As the REN US Industrial Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for enforcing cybersecurity requirements, managing inventories, and coordinating emergency response activities. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to maintain and enhance our cybersecurity posture.
What You Will Bring:Degree in Computer Sciences, Electrical or Control Engineering.10 years of experience, including 5 years in industrial cybersecurity, preferably within the Renewables sector.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity for industrial systems.Experience with SCADA communication protocols, computer interfaces, and media types.Ability to interact with various stakeholders and work independently or cross-functionally.Fluent in English; abilities in Spanish and French are a plus.
