Location – Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in Crystal City, VAAs a Senior Developer with INTEGRITYOne Partners, you will be at the tip-of-the-spear delivering software solutions that directly impact our clients' law enforcement mission. Every day, you'll work with dedicated team members and clients to solve complex technical problems and develop software and systems to keep our country safe and secure. Leverage your 5+ years combined experience in software or systems development, preferably with a data analytics-oriented solution.Use your experience with advanced SQL, preferably PostgreSQL or Oracle.Demonstrate your expertise in Python programming for data science and analytics solutions, including a broad knowledge of Python libraries.Perform data migration, preparation, modeling, and indexing for highly performant analytics solutions, preferably in a PostgreSQL or Oracle environment.Demonstrate your experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes, including Operational Data Lakes, Delta Lakes, and the Databricks (or similar) data management platforms.Use your experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance, and highly available applications and systems components.Leverage ElasticSearch and Apache Spark experience to support product delivery.Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, mediation, and consultative skills by working directly with our clients, team members, and other development teams.Develop written deliverables and clearly communicate problems, issues, and outcomes.Solve complex business issues, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaborate with team members and clients to iteratively develop, validate, and operate software at scale using Agile techniques.Use your experience in responding to client requirements in tight timeframes, government or otherwise – this entails flexibility in both work location and hours.Be the type of person who wants to grow their career and technical and consulting capabilities in the Federal environment.Requirements
Our contract requires that you are a US Citizen and can obtain and maintain a DHS 6C (Public Trust). This requirement is not negotiable for this role.Bachelor's degree or beyond; a computer science background is recommended but not required if suitable experience can be demonstrated.The estimated salary range for this role is expected to be between $130,000 and $150,000.
