You will be exposed to many different IT projects and get to work with some of the most talented individuals in the country.The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing IT projects for our clients, as well as internal company projects. The IT Project Manager will use industry and iT1 best practices to achieve all goals set for each individual project they manage. This will be accomplished through clear communication with all project stakeholders, efficient resource allocation, scope, budget, and timeline planning.Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed project plan to track and measure progressManage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using all appropriate tools and methodologiesSuccessfully manage the relationship with clients and all project stakeholdersCreate and maintain project documentationPerform risk management to minimize exposure to any potential risks to the company and clientsProactively research and locate the necessary tools and processes to identify troublesome trends as they develop; analyze/predict trends and develop a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurringRepresent the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with internal customers, clients, manufacturers, and the general publicPerform other duties, as necessaryQualifications
3-5 years of Project Management experience, IT project management experience is highly desirableMust be energetic, enthusiastic, and have a passion for managing and completing projectsDemonstrated experience managing resources and projects in a cross-functional environmentStrong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbalAbility to communicate project scope, status, and any issues with all stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standardsExcellent leadership, organization, and multitasking skillsStrong technical writing skillsUnderstanding of IT infrastructure conceptsAbility to conduct and prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and develop client proposalsPhysical Demands
Sit at a computer for 8 hours per dayKeyboarding for 8 hours per dayNear Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)Job Location
