We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Computer Vision Engineer
with expertise in modern deep learning to join our AI - Perception team to build agentic AI systems for industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing advanced computer vision algorithms and models. This role requires expertise in Visual Language Models (VLM), Visual Language Action Models (VLA), large model training from scratch, and training models at scale. The successful candidate will work on state-of-the-art projects that drive the future of computer vision and AI.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement advanced computer vision algorithms and models.
Design and train large-scale models from scratch, including VLMs and VLAs.
Optimize and scale model training processes to handle vast amounts of data efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision solutions into various applications.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision and deep learning.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning of algorithms and models.
Contribute to the publication of research papers and patents.
Who You Are
PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in computer vision, deep learning, or related fields.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Demonstrated experience with Visual Language Models (VLM) and Large Language Models (LLM).
Proven track record of training large-scale models from scratch and optimizing them for performance.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning techniques.
Experience with distributed computing and parallel processing for model training.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for large-scale model training.
Familiarity with reinforcement learning and generative models.
Contributions to open-source projects in the field of computer vision or machine learning.
Publications in top-tier conferences or journals.
