Stampix is looking for a talented software engineer who can lead the scalability of our Platform-as-a-service (PaaS) for photo rewards. You will partner with our CTO to help us expand the product to international scale. You will help global brands such as Unilever, Martini & Disney to make an impression that matters by building next-generation loyalty solutions.Your mission
Enabling companies to add photo rewards to their loyalty program.You will inspire the people around you with your vision for the product and the technology behind it. You will be successful by doing these three things exceptionally well:Customer centricity:

Together with the team, you’ll set the vision for the product and you’ll bridge this to the engineering team by setting a stable set of priorities and making sound technical decisions. Examples of this include:Documenting and socialising technical priorities, decisions & architecture to the team.Updating the entire company on progress and now/next/later updates.Maintaining a close relationship with sales and customer success to serve our clients in the best way possible.Robust development:
Our photos are in millions of households. Working on a product that is used by this many people requires a scalable, reliable and robust architecture.Who we’re looking for
You are…
A computer science engineer with strong fundamentals and a couple of years of experience with building products in the cloud.Driven to deliver customer-centric products by focusing on the UX of the product. You continuously optimise and iterate on our product, for which we will expect your ideas on how to optimise & adjust.Well-versed with security best practices. We process a lot of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that needs to be adequately protected.Able to work with EU time zone (strong preference for on-site) to allow for maximal time zone overlap to collaborate with your peers.A natural, curious leader who enjoys optimising the way the team works and getting the best out of others and the product by exploring new technologies.Passionate for photography is a big plus.Our values
