Experience in Project Management Principles, understanding of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean. Familiarity with project life cycle, from planning and execution to monitoring, controlling, and closure.Knowledge of how to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project success.Familiarity with quality standards and processes to ensure project deliverables meet expected quality benchmarks.Experience with project management software tools like MS Project, Asana, or JIRA.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Ability to analyze situations, data, and feedback to make informed decisions.Capability to adjust to changing project scopes, deadlines, and requirements smoothly.Ability to mediate disputes within the team or with external parties to maintain a positive working environment.Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other Information Technology major, or equivalent work experience.Why Kyra?
