Description:
Our client is seeking a Project Engineer with a manufacturing background to join their team.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop proposals and conceptual layouts for customers, utilizing specific software to animate proposed designs.
Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with customers as the primary liaison.
Coordinate the selection and integration of subcontracted equipment and services, such as rigging and civil work.
Review customer contracts and specifications, presenting them to the company at the project’s inception.
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Customer Service to ensure project schedules are met.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is required.
At least 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, and grinding is required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Hours & Benefits:
M -F 8:00am-5:00pm
