Are you ready to make a difference?ICF is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work within a dynamic and highly innovative team environment in our Utility Programs and Services group. The Technical Business Analyst will support tasks within the software development cycle and be responsible for system data together with the business intelligence it provides. This position supports project delivery on IT projects for the energy efficiency and utility sectors and will contribute to a team that brings high-quality products and innovative solutions to our clients.
What you will be doing:Support all aspects of the software development cycle including requirements, design, testing, and delivery of energy efficiency tracking and reporting toolsCommunicate regularly and effectively with team members as to the status of various tasks, including leading status update meetingsWork with stakeholders of IT systems to define the system requirements and assist in identifying the best design approachDevelop an understanding of the client processes and procedures and help identify improvements relative to technologyUnderstand the capabilities and application of ICF’s IT systems and support a team of senior technologists to deliver solutions for clientsBe the first point of contact for users experiencing issues or requesting updates, provide one-on-one technical assistance and/or delegate tasks to the appropriate contact as necessaryWhat we need you to have:Bachelor's degree (Candidates can substitute one year of experience for one year of a degree)2+ years of experience in Information TechnologyAbility to write basic SQL, HTML, CSS scripts and code2+ years of experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation2+ years of Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint and/or SmartsheetExperience in MS Office products, such as Excel, Visio, Teams and PowerPointWhat we would like you to have:Demonstrated consulting experienceExperience with testing software, tracking issues and working with developers to ensure that requirements are being met and a high-quality product producedStrong customer service focus, project planning, attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective time management skills and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlinesExperience with content management systems, including user roles, configuration, and content editingAbility to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment and to coordinate amongst diverse program stakeholdersExperience/Exposure in the utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors is a plusWorking at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $58,430.00 - $99,331.00 Missouri Remote Office (MO99)
