Role SummaryAs part of the North American IT organization, the Sr IT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the systems infrastructure for the Pedestrian Door organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOperation and monitoring of IT solutions
System administrationManage local backup solutionsManage the VMWare setupCreate redundant setups for IT solutions whenever possibleImplement and test adjustments and extensions of existing solutionsDaily monitoring of systems and system integrationAnalyze and solve reported problemsExecute security vulnerability remediationDocumentation of monitoring proceduresManage contacts with suppliers of local IT systems
Development of usage of IT solutions
Running and managing both local and regional projects related to IT infrastructureBe part of regular meetings with IT colleagues in the divisional infrastructure teamDocumentation of procedures and solutions for local infrastructureTake initiatives and implement optimizations of business processes

Be a team member of the NA IT Operations teamWork closely with the Divisional Infrastructure teamCooperate with Application Operation and Information Solutions
First/Second line level support
Resolve second/third line support based on tickets in the Service Desk system
