Job Overview:
As an ERP Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ERP system. Through the direction of the Business Application Manager, the ERP Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs and delivers maximum value. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation:
Install and implement ERP systems, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and user training.
System Maintenance:
Proactively monitor and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates as needed.
Data Management:
Manage data integrity within the ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all users.
Process Optimization:
Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through the ERP system.
User Support:
Provide support to end-users, address user inquiries, and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
Integration:
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the ERP system with other business-critical applications.
Security:
Ensure the ERP system's security and compliance with data protection regulations.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging ERP technologies to propose enhancements and innovations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience of 3-5 years working with ERP systems, such as Workday and Kronos business applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability of application design, build, configuration and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
