As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.WHAT YOU'LL DOConceptualize, develop, and implement RF sensing technologies for platforms in all domainsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and evaluate architectures and concepts of operations for complex systems-of-systemsConduct rigorous analysis at the system-of-systems level; assess and decompose requirements flown to the radar subsystem levelCreate, communicate, and establish consensus for internal development roadmapsDevelop, refine, and realize advanced RF sensing techniques, algorithms, and technologiesEngage with industry leaders to align external roadmaps with Anduril business plans and pursuitsProvide technical expertise to programmatic and business leadership to support strategic decision-makingGuide, direct and mentor team members in theory and best practicesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAt least a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or other technical field (advanced degree preferred)Strong expertise in radar architecture, radar modes, and system modelingMust be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDemonstrated experience as an individual contributor in radar hardware, algorithms, software, or systems design.Proficiency in MATLAB, PythonUS Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
