Overall DBA experience (on Oracle or SQL Server) of over 10+ years.2. 2+ years of experience on Amazon Redshift (MUST)3. Database design and optimization skills with a strong understanding for performance analysis, tuning, maintenance to ensure continuous data integrity & performance4. Experience with distribution and sort keys and column encodings5. Experience spinning up and resizing clusters6. Issue analysis and resolution7. Knows Backup and recovery process8. Storage capacity planning and analysis9. Working knowledge of unix / linux10.
