If you can answer yes to those four questions, we want to meet you.In WalmartLabs' customer experience team, we are expanding our QE team to support several new and exciting products for both Walmart.com and Walmart stores.We are looking for an experienced QE Engineer with a strong background in front-end testing for consumer-facing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and knowledge, but above all, must be PASSIONATE about being a part of the solution to deliver high-quality products:What You'll Do:Developing software quality assurance (SQA) test plans for assigned projects by determining exact testing scope for assigned projects; determining data and environmental requirements; identifying dependencies and risks; and determining schedule of test deliverables.Creating automated quality assurance testing for large-scale, mobile applications by collaborating with product teams to establish unit, integration, contract, E2E, and UI automation test cases and requirements; writing test cases in accordance with feature requirements and established standards; obtaining test case approval from the product team; applying test case instructions to products under testing; executing test cases with the collaboration of different teams; evaluating results against expected results; and updating product teams regarding results and needed fixes.Creating and contributing to a CICD DevOps pipeline with regards to adding security and quality automation checkpoints.Contributing to test frameworks, test tools, and automation for complex, distributed SaaS systems.Leading and participating in medium- to large-scale projects by reviewing project requirements.Demonstrating up-to-date expertise and applying this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.What You'll Bring:You're a technologist who solves problems in creative ways.You're a firm believer in the agile manifesto.You use data to make decisions.You have an eye for detail and can articulate the specifics of quality design.You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.You're a master at making complex technical solutions easily understood by non-techies.You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.Are an excellent Ad-hoc tester.Nice to haves:Demonstrate 4+ years of professional coding experience for a mobile/web application.Have experience with Java, Kotlin Native, Swift, Typescript, and Graph QL.Have experience with Jest, Android Instrumentation testing, and Apple XCTest.You have 4+ years of experience contributing to test automation and frameworks.Have 2+ years of experience with Telemetry tools for CICD automation.Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
