Our goal is to bring together business acumen with full-stack technical know-how to develop innovative solutions for our clients' most complex challenges.Job SummaryAs a Security Solution Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of security projects and services, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with organizational goals. You will lead a team of security consultants, manage project portfolios, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Security Solution Delivery Managers will oversee multiple engagements and/or workstreams of large-scale programs. They manage senior level client relationships, end-to-end delivery and financial management.As a Security Solutions Manager specializing in operational technology, you will develop and implement tailored security strategies for OT environments, design and deploy relevant solutions, and conduct risk assessments to mitigate vulnerabilities. You will consult with clients, ensure compliance with industry standards, manage OT security projects, and support incident response efforts. Additionally, you will provide training on best practices and stay updated on the latest OT security trends to continuously enhance security measures.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement security strategies tailored to operational technology environments, focusing on safeguarding industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.Develop and deploy security solutions specifically for OT environments, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems and address unique operational risks.Conduct thorough risk assessments of OT systems to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats. Implement measures to mitigate these risks and enhance overall security.Engage with clients to understand their OT security needs, provide customized recommendations, and guide them through the adoption of effective security practices.Ensure that OT security solutions comply with industry regulations and standards, such as NIST and ISA/IEC 62443, and advise clients on achieving and maintaining compliance.Support clients in managing and responding to security incidents involving OT systems, including investigating breaches and implementing remediation strategies.Oversee the execution of OT security projects, including planning, coordination, and delivery, ensuring that solutions meet client requirements and are completed on time.Develop and deliver training programs for client teams on OT security best practices and technologies, ensuring they can effectively manage and protect their systems.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OT security, continuously improving security solutions to adapt to evolving threats and technologies.QualificationsBachelors degree preferredCISSP, CISM, CISA or compliance certifications desired5-10 years’ experience in:Leadership (prior roles with management or higher titles)Operational technologySecurity consulting with example deliverables (or equivalent roles)Overall cyber security technical experienceNetworking expertise, including previous hands-on roles in supporting routers, switches, and firewallsKnowledge of current and upcoming security technologies and operationsWorking knowledge and consulting experience in at least five of the following areas:Zero Trust ArchitecturesEnterprise Segmentation and associated technologiesOperational Technologies and EnvironmentsThreat and Vulnerability ManagementData Protection and PrivacySecurity OperationsIdentity and Access ManagementNetwork and Systems SecurityAbility to perform concurrent tasks in complex environments under adjusting prioritiesAbility to communicate and modify approach, language, and style to different audiencesProfessional writing style and experience with demonstrable technical and business-related artifacts is requiredCollaborative, with the ability to manage conflicting interests and deal with ambiguity.Effective communication skills: capable of supporting presentations to convey concepts and solutions, writing effective emails, and discussing strategy with senior executives.Strong teamwork qualities: able to gain the trust of customers and collaborate effectively within the WWT team.Intellectually curious with a desire to understand constantly evolving technology solutions.Proactive, collaborative, with emotional intelligence, and the capacity to learn and synthesize new information.Adaptable, with the ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Self-directed, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
