As a Data Analyst at Gersh Autism, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement of our programs and services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional who is passionate about using data to drive positive outcomes for individuals with autism.Responsibilities:Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and clean data from various sources, including student assessments, program evaluations, and operational metrics.Conduct data analysis using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Program Evaluation and Effectiveness:
Collaborate with program managers and educators to design and implement evaluation frameworks for measuring the effectiveness of educational and therapeutic interventions.Develop and maintain data-driven metrics to assess program outcomes, student progress, and program impact.
Data Visualization and Reporting:
Create clear and visually engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate data insights to different stakeholders.Present data-driven findings in a concise and understandable manner to support decision-making.
Data Quality Assurance:
Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis.Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Ad-Hoc Analysis and Special Projects:
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and support special projects as required by senior leadership and other teams.Analyze data to address specific questions or challenges related to program effectiveness and organizational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data insights.Make data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational performance and student outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, R, or Python.Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality regulations.Join us at Gersh Autism and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism through data-driven insights and decision-making.
