Systems Specialist

Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Systems Engineer position. The Systems Specialist will provide technical support to a Space Program currently in Development and Fielding. This position requires a talented Systems Specialist that can work with a multi-disciplined team to support all phases of the system lifecycle, including design, development, test and evaluation, training, and sustainment (Unit- and Depot-Level). The Specialist will be required to assist the team with lifecycle systems engineering using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles in conjunction with Agile software and hardware development and maintenance. The Systems Specialist will capture submission of maintenance faults, help define necessary Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), and assist during the conduct of Configuration Change Boards (CCB), including documentation of decisions.The anticipated compensation for the position is $100,000 to $130,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your compensation will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and education.Required SkillsTen (10) years direct, relevant technical field experience on DoD programs.US Citizen with a current DoD Top Secret security clearance (SCI eligible).Ability to lead an Integrated Product Team in a dynamic environment.Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills to include archiving ECP and CCB documentation.Required ExperienceExperience with DoD System Engineering and MBSE principles and practices.Understanding of MBSE tools and languages, such as Cameo and SysML.Familiarity with Agile software development/maintenance principles and practices.Active Participation in Systems Engineering Reviews to include Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews.Desired QualificationsExperience with Defense Adaptive Acquisition Framework.Experience with Configuration Management of Hardware, Software, and Documentation.Experience with integrating Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) and MBSE tools.Experience with design and development of ground-based Space programs.Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering.EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled
