This role is Contract to Hire!
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for a Machine Learning solution.
Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection.
Apply various Machine Learning algorithms and Generative AI techniques to solve business problems.
Develop and implement efficient MLOps pipelines and infrastructure for training and serving ML and Large Language models.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of models, identify and address potential issues, and implement improvements.
Document design decisions, technical specifications, and establish and adhere to code quality best practices.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
Work closely with external SMEs and vendors to partner on execution, and get knowledge-transfer on exit to ensure key subject matter expertise is retained and preserved within DTCC.
Execution of projects at a rapid pace with the ability to multi-task and pivot as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Machine Learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and LLMs.
Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Machine Learning.
